Discover Orthodoxy is built and maintained by a small, dedicated team serving the Greek Orthodox community in the United Kingdom under the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain. We genuinely want to hear from you — whether it is a question about the app, a suggestion for a new feature, a bug you have noticed, or a request about your personal data. Every message is read by a real person and treated with care. The app is shaped by its community, and your feedback directly influences what we build next.

What to expect

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. For privacy and data requests we may need a little longer to verify your identity and process the request securely. We will always reply to the email address you write from, so please check your spam folder if you have not heard back.
